The Best Of - Toyah

British Punk/New Wave goddess Toyah Wilcox has a prolific and incredibly diverse career. Her hit records and many stage and screen roles have made her a household name in Britain.
In a career spanning over 30 years Toyah has had 13 top 40 singles so far, recorded 20 albums, written 2 books, appeared in over 40 stage plays, made 10 feature films and presented hundreds of television programmes.  She continues to work in media, music, acting and writing. I love grew up with her wierd and very colorfull videos in the 80's - her voice and style was unique. She is just as much an icon as britians other Punk goddess, Siouxsie Sioux. Enjoy!

Endraum - Appell An Die Muse (1994) MAXI

Endraum is a German poetic/Synth-Pop/Downtempo/Darkwave/Ambient band that creates surreal music with the spoken word vocals of Hovi Miskovics and music by Roman Rütten. They have been active together since 1986 and are still releasing their unique style of music. "Appell An Die Muse" was the 1st song of theirs I heard way back in the early 1990's and I loved its ritualistic sound and haunting atmosphere - the "Light Entertainment Remix" is also a great piece of ambient electronica with its equally haunting feeling of isolation or daydreams - one should listen to this remix while driving especially on a gloomy cloudy day. Enjoy this Maxi by a great band.

Slovenian punk-rock band active in period 1983-1988. With new line-up band was activated again in 1993 releasing one more album and disbanding for good soon after.
